The generosity of Popular's employees is manifested every year with the voluntary contribution that they make through their payroll. They contribute financially to Fundación Banco Popular, demonstrating their commitment to the community.

Today, about 80% of Popular employees voluntarily contribute to the Foundation.

Popular encourages employees to contribute to the development of non-profit organizations and motivates them to become Liaison Employees, a crucial role in the Foundation's work. Liaison employees actively participate in our partner organizations’ work by disseminating activities and achievements, as well as supporting them in the application process for Fundación Banco Popular’s Grants Program.
